What Our
Refillers Say

Love having access to this on the first Saturday of every month at Deal market. Such a good range of well thought out products, really great opportunity to be even greener.

Friendly, reliable service straight to my door, what's not to love!"

"Quality products and fast delivery. Thank you!"

"Absolutely wonderful find!
All sorts of helpful (and sustainable) products available, including some very good gift ideas.
Sue is really helpful and gives great advice too!
Highly recommend."

"Sue offers a great service. We're able to fill up all of our bottles from Laundry Liquid to Shower Gel. It helps us to do our bit for the environment and the products are also much better for us too!"

"I absolutely love the ethos of The Refillable Van. The thought and consideration that has gone into the choice is wonderful. They will deliver once a month and I won't go anywhere else now. I wholeheartedly recommend

"Sue and her 'Refillable Van' are great! Offering a great selection of eco friendly goods and foods at a good price. Sue is always open to new product ideas and is very accomodating with on the spur of the moment drop ins! Have been a client for around 4 years. Can't recommend enough"

"Great customer service and range of zero waste products both food and non food, would highly recommend"

"Very friendly service. Fantastic products at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended"

"Sue brings her Refillable Van monthly to our village, bringing all sorts of home essentials and plastic free swaps. I’m always intrigued at the variety of dry goods, store cupboard staples and little treats that are tucked away neatly on the van. Sue also offers great plastic free kitchen items which are really worth trying.
Sue is invariably cheerful and friendly, and even brings my order to the door if I can’t get to the van on her visit. Now that’s what I call service!
Highly recommended."

"Refillable van is a great small local business that not only cares about the planet but also its customers. Drop her a message & Sue will bring her van to your door at a time that works for you. I have been a customer for a while now, just get your own containers ready & Sue will fill them up & it's all plastic free. Loads of dry goods like spices, nuts & pasta as well as olive oil, shampoo, deodorant, reusable products & all sorts of environmentally friendly goodies, even potential gift ideas."

"Always a good experience, Sue is really nice and there's a good range of items, from cleaning products through to foodstuffs, sweets and treats. Sue will also come to your doorstep if you contact her in advance, something really handy for me as sometimes I struggle to get away from my desk for long enough to get to where she parks up.
I particularly like the vegan fudge - it's extremely good (but dangerously so..!)"

"Refillable, Sue, is amazing. She visits our court and assist my tenants to choose items they would like. She explains the value to the tenants both to themselves and the environment, promoting recycling. The products are amazing I bought shampoo conditioner and body wash and very pleased. I look forward to seeing Refillable again soon."

"I’ve been using the van regularly since Sue took over from the previous owners. This is a great resource and to make it even more convenient, Sue will come directly to you if you ask. The van is always really well stocked and the dry foods fresh. I’ve moved over to the wooden dish brushes, which I love and last for months and months. Sue also stocks my bamboo toothbrushes, which is great as I’d usually buy these on Amazon. I did a lot of Christmas shopping at the van; wrapping paper, fabric bags, scarves and natural bath & shower products. Book a slot or visit Sue on her rounds!"

I love the refillable van and have used it for a while now. The products are fantastic and Sue is always so friendly and helpful and if there are products you would like, she will try and get them in for you."
