This multi award winning extra virgin olive oil is made using single estate, hand-picked Koroneiki olives from Aeithalis’ ancient grove in southern Greece. 
Olives are hand picked meaning the grove is bird nest safe, it is also chemical free and contains no hormone-watered trees.
In line with UK regulations, this oil has been infused with a trace amount of rosemary. The infusion is so subtle you can't taste it but its presence allows us to sell it on refill.
The oil is supplied to us on a closed loop system - all containers are returned when empty to be cleaned, refilled and used again.
